“What an incredible experience. I switched over to renting this house after having another booked & then seeing this one newly listed…what a great decision. My staff & I stayed here during a convention in town as a little staff retreat versus a hotel. This house is brand new & no expense was spared. Everything you could need, every detail you could think of, Daniel & his crew were on top of it. So many things to do here from the pool, hot tub, sitting on the dock, outdoor sitting areas, putting green, bocce, ping pong, foosball, infinity tabletop gaming system, and I’m sure I’m forgetting something. All the bedrooms are unique in their own way with their own personality. Double washed & double dryer came in clutch. Great kitchen island / dining area. Daniel is very quick to respond & was a great host to work with. Of course the kitchen is the heart of Waterside Gardens indoor/outdoor open floorplan. It’s always time to gather around the gorgeous T-shaped island, surrounded by top-notch appliances and a full suite of culinary tools that transform even the simplest meals into gourmet experiences. 

Descend to the ultimate entertainment area - a spacious, open-air extension of the home that is perfectly screened in for the best of both worlds. 

This area is complete with comfortable seating, a grill, and a unique shuffleboard dining table. It also includes a private gym with a Peloton Bike, a Lululemon Mirror, and other exercise equipment. From every kind of game, including air hockey, to the “big” game on the huge flat-screen TV, this space captures the essence of how to enjoy Tampa's outdoor lifestyle!
